工作原理:
電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)柱塞泵向壓力容器供水，壓力傳感器采集管路水壓，傳輸至數(shù)顯智能控制器；操作人員在儀表預(yù)設(shè)多級(jí)壓力與穩(wěn)壓時(shí)長(zhǎng)，儀器自動(dòng)逐級(jí)升壓、自動(dòng)穩(wěn)壓，壓力下降自動(dòng)補(bǔ)壓；12路獨(dú)立控制閥，單路試件滲水可單獨(dú)關(guān)閉該通道，其余試件繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)；系統(tǒng)內(nèi)置溢流泄壓閥，超壓自動(dòng)保護(hù)。

4. 試驗(yàn)結(jié)束排凈設(shè)備全部積水；冬季務(wù)必排空，防止管路、泵體凍裂損壞。
5. 定期檢查閥門、接頭有無滲漏；壓力傳感器屬于計(jì)量部件，每年計(jì)量機(jī)構(gòu)檢定。
